Release Pannier from Rack Push down the red centre lock to release the pannier from the bike rack. You may also need to release the lower stabilizer strap that secures the pannier to the side of your rack. 2. Pull out Backpack Straps The backpack straps are stowed inside the back compartment. 3. Connect Backpack Straps Connect backpack straps to the lower quick release buckles. Note: The lower quick release buckles are also used as the lower stabilizer strap when in pannier mode. 4. Zip up Back Compartment Zip up back compartment to finish conversion to backpack.
