Overall this bag is great! It has several pockets for storing different things from baby to mom and dad.The changing pad is ok. It has absolutely no padding though it is easy to wipe clean. The back of the bag is padded and also has a hidden storage which I've found useful to quickly stash my cell phone. I love the side pocket for tissue; it has come in handy quite a few times! The water bottle pocket is a bit tight so I require 2 hands to get my bottle in; at least I know it's secure. There's a cute lined pocket up top that I use for stashing sunglasses on the fly. The extra magnetic flap in the top front pocket allows for more secure things as it does take a few to open the flap then unzip.I deducted a star because of the way the bag is built. What I mean by that is the bag weighs a bit heavy towards the front. I believe this is due to the lack of internal bottom space in the back compartment. I find it difficult to put stuff into the back compartment to make it heavier.It's to small for my daughter school got it for school looked bigger in the pictureSo far I'm in love with this backpack diaper bag. I ordered two different ones and decided this was the one I wanted. It's big enough to carry everything I need and then some, but it's not huge or bulky. This is important because I'm petite and will still be carrying my regular bag. The bag is gender neutral so my husband will carry it around too. So far no issues with quality either. Very happy with this purchase.this is my 3rd time to buy bags from Scarleton , It's for my son back to school day... my son really like the qualities and the style, the color and the zipper looked so great.. buy it!Well made and sturdy. My daughter uses it for school and stuffs all of her heavy books, etc. inside. She has room for everything.So many pockets!I bought this product on sale, in anticipation of our first child being born. I have not used it yet, but it seems to be a great product and I look forward to using it.Really nice backpack its sturdy doesn't seem cheap, material use to make is well made you won't be disappointed I will recommend to friend or to whom needs a good backpack.
