I was mostly happy with this purchase for the first month or so, but the durability of this product leaves a lot to be desired. After six months of use I am looking for an alternative to replace this item.Pros:1. Good price2. Decent storage capacity3. Good system for securely and easily attaching pannier to rackCons:1. Backpack straps are uncomfortable and don't stay securely adjusted2. Even with the included rain cover, items inside the bag get wet on rainy days because the water resistant coating on the bag has started rubbing away (particularly on the back of the bag, which the rain cover doesn't completely cover).3. Not very durable. Many small pieces of fabric have come off the inside of the bag, straps have frayed, etc.Overall verdict: An okay choice if you are on a budget and won't be using it daily. But if you are planning to use it often and in inclement weather it is probably worth spending more to get a product that will last longer and stand up to the elements better.This is the second Rhinowalk product I've recently purchased and I love that they're both made of the same tough/waterproof but lightweight/flexible material. This makes it easy to use the roll top closure which I've learned to not take for granted based on past bag purchases with overly stiff/thick material.Another major plus of this bag design is the zippered cover for the pannier hooks when not in use. I cannot emphasize how much of a difference this makes in user comfort when the bag is being worn off the bike.Lots of space and ways to expand and contract the bag depending on what, if anything, you’re hauling with you!This bag has plenty of room and works well on my bike.Well, I am disappointed because I was enjoying the bag up until then. It shredded right at the seam, and it wasn't even fully loaded. It wasn't the weight either. I purchased two of them, so we will see how the second one holds up, although I cannot recommend based on this experience.I have a rack with extra thick tubing, and I've found it very difficult to find a pannier that will fit. These hooks do fit. It also locks in place which is very appreciated. I have been stopped on the road in the past by someone telling me that I lost a pannier a mile back. They appear to be well made and the size is generous. I am always surprised at how quickly groceries will fill a pannier. Definitely pleased with the purchase. Happy cycling!
