Lovely back pack and has a lot of space to carry a lot of stuffThis bag is amazing. It fits everything for work, is great for travel, and the padded back makes it both sturdy and comfortable. The pockets are so convenient and make it easy to organize. Can’t recommend enoughGot this for my teenage daughter and she’s already used it for travel for a big family vacation and she was able to fit a lot of stuff in there even though it’s a medium sized backpack. It has a lot of handy pockets. So far it seems sturdy, especially for an economical backpack. If I learn differently I’ll update my review.I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so with this backpack. I bought it to use as a carry on for myself, my toddler and my infant daughter. I was able to pack a blanket, a handful of snacks, two pairs of noise canceling headphones, two magazines, two spare outfits, chargers, wallet, and activity board books with extra room still leftover if needed. I can’t speak on the bad reviews complaining about laptops not fitting, but for traveling with kids/without a laptop, this is a great backpack. It’s comfortable and the zippers glide smooth - those were my two main “must haves” when purchasing (diaper bag straps are never comfortable!). It has plenty of compartments, but I didn’t focus too much on compartments because let’s be real, you just eventually end up throwing everything into the main bag compartment when kids are involved. I ended up ordering the jewelry travel case too and I love it just as much. BagSmart is great in my opinion!Nice color pink, roomy, light but a little flimsyEDIT: customer service contacted me after seeing my review (I didn’t even have to reach out to them) and they offered to send me a brand new bag. They said it must have been a faulty batch of bags and they had me send them the batch number on the tag. Overall, they were super easy to work with, fixed my proble, and I love my backpack!!Previous review:I was so excited to get this backpack! It’s super cute and perfect for what I need. But when it arrived yesterday, there was already a hole in one of the pockets. The hidden back pocket has a hole/rip in the lining, leading to just an inner layer. If I put anything smaller than my phone in this pocket, it could get lost into the abyss and become irretrievable. I also am worried that the hole will become larger over time. Definitely disappointed since this backpack is brand new! Otherwise, the backpack is in good shape and I still like itLoveeeee totally worth itI used this backpack for nursing school, and I love it!!!!! Lots of pockets and hide aways for nursing equipment and supplies. There’s a back zip pocket that’s padded for your laptop. And since it’s up against your back it stays protect from accidental drops, and dirty thieving classmates. The strap that goes over your shoulder on mine has come a little loose in the stitching, but only on one side. But nothing major and it hasn’t gotten any worse even tho the books I carry in it are heavier than last qaurters books, when I noticed the tear.No le pongo cero nada más porque no me lo permite. En ambas ocasiones me regresaron el dinero de manera electrónica, pero Ahora la mochila ya subió más del doble en lo que originalmente la había comprado ($360). Decir que estoy decepcionada es poco.Contenta con la compra. Cuenta con varios compartimientos para cables, mouse, cargador (los suficientes), lo unico es revisar el tamaño de su laptop, la mia es de 14" y la tengo que meter a presion para cerrar la mochila, una de 13" o menos cabe mejor.
