My granddaughter loves this backpackLove the look and size of this bag. I'm a healthcare professional and carry my laptop with me to meetings at various locations. My laptop is on the mid to large size and fits nicely with a day planner, notebook, charger, and mouse. I wanted a bag that looked professional, modern, and not too bulky. This bag is perfect for that! It looks nice and the price was also great! I've only had it for a month so I'm not sure how well it will hold up, but for now I'm loving it. Giving it 4 stars because the lining is on the thin side, doubt it will be very durable in the long run.I like this backpack. The color is beautiful and it isn't too bright. I was worried that my bag would be too flashy, but when I got it, I fell in love with the color. I love the multiple pockets and the side pockets, and the backpack is comfortable. It is very convenient and has plenty of space. My only complaint would be that it IS boxy and looks boxy on me. I am a fairly small person, and so because it is big and boxy, it makes me look smaller. Other than that, I love the color and the compartments of the backpack and its niftyness. ​One star off for product color not being true to color. More in a mint green in pics, but in real life it's more of a washed out green. Not ugly, but not what I was expecting. I still get lots of compliments on it.I bought this bag about 7-8 months ago. It has served me well. Perfect size for my laptop, charger, textbook(s), planner and my pens/pencils.None of the zippers have ever broken and no rips to report. All in all a great bagSo far this bag is really nice. It keeps all of my things dry. It's a little small but I can fit my laptop and binders in it. The only complaint is the side pockets are rather small. I can't fit a reusable water bottle in it. It is large enough to hold a glasses case but not for a water bottle. It might be able to hold a plastic nonreusable water bottle.it has a weird slant to it when you wear the backpack with a decent amount of items inside. The weight is held all in the middle and causes the backpack to tug awkwardly from the shoulders. Still functional and cute though! I love the color. Holds my giant 17" macbook pro WITH the disk drive AND the charger too!! great for school!I liked this bag until the zippers - not zipper- broke. First the zipper for the small inside pocket buckled. A couple of weeks later the zipper to the main compartment came off its track. I thought "no worries", because it has two zippers. Later in the day the second one came off the track. I have purchased cheaper bags from Wal-Mart and they lasted longer than this. I was careful not to overload the bag. It is a shame that this bag didn't last longer. I got so many compliments and raved about what a great bag it was.This was honestly such a good packpack I gave it a 4 because it is a little cramped but it fit everything in from my original backpack for school and the quality is so good I walked home with this and it didn't hurt my back or shoulders at allI wish the bag was a little bit bigger however in saying that the item is very stylish and durable.Magnetic Snap broke off after a few months of use as a school book bag.
