We have bought 4 or 5 if this exact backpack because all three of our kids liked them. But all of them except the most recent purchase (which hasn’t had much time to be used) quickly had multiple zipper issues, stitching come apart multiple places (without excessive or rough use.) It’s a shame because we liked them but we won’t be buying any more of them. This would perhaps be okay if they weren’t as expensive as they are, but when you pay around $100 for a backpack it should not have such repeated manufacturing flaws, or so quickly.
