I bought this as a Christmas gift for my niece and she loves it! The stitching is good and the zippers don't feel like cheap steel. Opens and closes without snagging the material with ample room for all her textbooks. Whatever method they used to put the graphics on the backpack seems like it'll last a few years, possibly more. It's not painted on top of the material but within the material if that makes any sense. She'll be using this for another year or two at least.
