I liked this little laptop but had to return it. Bought it for my kindergartener. She wanted purple, but as I didn't see purple I went with the pink. Planned to buy a purple case for it for her. But the charging cord never charged the battery. Even after leaving it plugged up overnight ( >12 hrs), the battery still was not recharged. And when I opened the browser, all of the ICONS and other messages were in Japanese (or something like that). I tried to find how to change the language in the settings, but didn't see it.I tried other power cords but nothing worked to recharge the battery, so I returned it. I received another one in short order, less than 5 days which was a pleasant surprise. The color was all wrong (Teal) but I would have kept it if it worked. I had the same problem with the replacement laptop sent. Battery power kept dropping even while connected to the 'generic' looking power cord sent with the laptop. At least the icons and browser was in English this time. (lol). Anyway, I returned it and ordered a laptop brand I am more familiar with. Hopefully, it'll do the job.
